Defnitely. I rebelled.

Adversity.

What most provokes you to anger, and do you believe in forgiveness?
Injustice. Forgiving is releasing in order to walk away. Yes. I believe in releasing.

Do you think there will ever be equality in humankind, an end to poverty and injustice?
Equality, at least, is not what I'm looking for. I would like to see all people achieve their dreams. Dreams may not make them equal.

What is your greatest fear?
To lose freedom by fear.

Which woman or women, past or present, do you most admire?
I admire all women.

Do you think women can make a difference in the world and be instrumental in stopping war?
Women are making a difference in the world. But both men and women are instrumental in stopping the war. We will.

What spiritual or religious beliefs do you hold?
Spirit lives. Religion kills.

Do you have any advice for the younger generation?
Do what you can do for the health of the planet. But don't forget to also have fun!

Do you have a favorite work of art, book, poem, or piece of music that has a special personal significance to you?
Human civilization and culture are incredibly significant to me. Let's not destroy the beauty we've spent centuries creating.
