IMAGINE PEACE   Dear Yoko, Two days after the dedication of your beautiful Imagine Peace Tower, our newspaper printed an article about it written by one of our local DJ's. Until then, I am sorry to say I had heard nothing. Looking at the website was so inspiring and of course the song is amazing!! So, I shared it with my high school class of students with disabilities who observe or experience some form of violence almost daily. The timing was perfect because we were discussing our visions for the future. Many of my students knew of the Beatles, but had not heard the song, so I projected your video on the wall and let John sing out! We decided to participate and so here are our wishes as flags all around the world and written on the palms of our hands to remind us that change begins with ourselves.
